About Me

Pharmacy.

I am a licensed pharmacist who works at The University of Oklahoma Medical Center (OUMC), an acute care hospital and Level I Trauma Center with 500 adult beds, 126 ICU beds, and 36 operating rooms. I have worked in a variety of clinical environments, including retail, independent, and hospital settings which amounts to 11+ years of total pharmacy experience.

Research.

I hold a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences and I am formally trained to analyze healthcare data. My work focuses on exploring healthcare costs, healthcare utilization, and treatment patterns across a wide range of therapeutic areas. This includes value-based contracts/agreements (VBAs/VBCs) using Medicaid data.  

Health Informatics.

I am an Epic analyst certified in Willow who serves as a project leader for implementation of Electronic Health Record (EHR) application software releases and new products. I facilitate cross-functional collaboration with clinicians and subject-matter-experts to build, design, and deploy software solutions for pharmacy clinical workflows.

Design.

I enjoy finding creative ways to visually communicate my research to others using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). I also make print and digital media for businesses, organizations, and individuals.
